Lena Jackson is an underground hip-hop artist and poet hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina. Jackson started penning poetry as a child, but later became intrigued by cypher sessions she would see in school cafeterias in her early teens. She eventually learned to interchange poetry stanzas for rap bars, and found pleasure in both spoken word and cypher rapping.
